Gloomy November

I think November is the gloomiest month. There hasn't been much sunshine in the past eight days and today we're having freezing rain along with ice pellets - and thunder! This may make travel difficult for Thanksgiving tomorrow.

More Clouds Than Sun

Today we saw tiny bits of blue sky. Mostly, though, we had gray clouds with occasional sprinkles.

Frosty Morning

Today was a lovely day, for November, but it started out frosty. At least the sun was shining for most of the day, unlike our gloomy weekend when we never saw the sun.

I saw some snow flurries this morning. We're now having a typical November - damp and gloomy.

Emptying Out the Camera

I need to get these photos off my camera so I can replace them with others, from a more distant place.

November has been pretty nice so far but I expect it to change soon. Still, except for the wind the weather has been great. I've used the mower for the last time this year and I did some fall tilling in the garden.
