Blizzardy Aftermath

The roads are a mess and I did not use my time very wisely today. I hope to do better tomorrow.

Here is a video I made (rather boring at first) of the blizzard cleanup today. Lots of snow had to be moved here and there.

 So, it's not the WORST blizzard I've ever seen (we have had some where the south fence wasn't visible) but it's the only one I've tried to video. I had to add the bonus footage at the end even though it has nothing to do with today's blizzard. Two days off from school! I'll try to use my time wisely...

Last One! Good-Bye 2010

And so we say good-bye to 2010 today. I was able to take only 320 photos of the year. I had hoped to do better than that but the slide show still gives a pretty good idea of how the seasons changed.

Fade from Green to White

I haven't posted on here for quite a while - too many life events happening - but during that time we've gone from greenish grass to quite a bit of snow. Winter is here even though not officially until tomorrow. We've even had a blizzard.

Gloomy November

I think November is the gloomiest month. There hasn't been much sunshine in the past eight days and today we're having freezing rain along with ice pellets - and thunder! This may make travel difficult for Thanksgiving tomorrow.

More Clouds Than Sun

Today we saw tiny bits of blue sky. Mostly, though, we had gray clouds with occasional sprinkles.
